The vines are located between the Crau plain and the banks of the Rhône River (Southern France) on clay-limestone soils. Thanks to Mediterranean climate with his exceptional sunshine and his strong wind (mistral) It helps the vines to fight against common diseases.

Vinification & ageing

Night grape harvesting to preserve aromas and avoid any oxidation. Direct pressing of the grapes, selection of free-run juice, and inerting. Cold vinification in thermo-regulated tanks. Aged on the lees. Fining: Pea protein and bentonite.

Sensory Palette: Aromatic, Freshness

Visual: Bright, powdery pink color with silver reflections.

Olfactory: Expressive, with aromas of white peaches.

Gustatory: Exotic fruits, lively and generous, with a beautiful finish.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C°C

Caladoc
