ln the heart of the southern vineyards, the grapes benefit from sunshine which favors their maturity. The soil is varied: ln the north clay-loam, in the south clay-sandy with the presence of rolled pebbles of various kinds.

Vinification & ageing

Night harvest of grapes. raflage, foulage, fermentation en cuves inox avec maîtrise des températures (20-25°C), remontages doux et délestages. Short vatting time. No fining.

Sensory Palette: epice, concentre

Visual: Intense purple red with garnet reflections

Olfactory: Powerful, complex, with notes of black cherries, leather, and undergrowth

Gustatory: Intense, fine structure, supple
