ln the heart of the southern vineyards, the grapes benefit from sunshine which favors their maturity. The soil is varied: ln the north clay-loam, in the south clay-sandy with the presence of rolled pebbles of various kinds.

Vinification & ageing

Night harvest of the grapes. Destemming, crushing, fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control (20-25°C), gentle pumping over and racking. Short vatting. No gluing.

Tasting notes

Sensory Palette: Généreux, Savoureux

Visual: Intense purple red with garnet reflections

Olfactory: Powerful, complex, with notes of black cherries, leather, and undergrowth

Gustatory: Concentrated, nice material, supple

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
