ln the heart of the southern vineyards, the grapes benefit from sunshine which favors their maturity. The soil is varied: ln the north clay-loam, in the south clay-sandy with the presence of rolled pebbles of various kinds.

Vinification & ageing

Night harvest of the grapes. Destemming, crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (20-25°C), gentle pumping over, rack and return . Short vatting. Fining : No.

Sensory Palette: Spicy, concentred

Visual: Intense purple red color with garnet reflections

Olfactory: Powerful, complex, with black cherries, leather, and undergrowth notes

Gustatory: Concentrated, lovely substance, supple

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
