Vines are located in the Gard region, north-east of Nîmes. The terroir is mostly clay and limestone. The vineyard is run according to biodynamic principles: organic motter is added, no chemical inputs are used, biodynamic preparations (CBMT-500-501) are used,
and herbai teas are used du ring the vegetative period.
The vines are located between Béziers and Nîmes, this extended area offers a large diversity of terroirs (clay-li mestone soils, stony terrasses, rolled pebbles).
