The PDO category of our selection is a celebration of exceptional French terroirs, a journey through renowned appellations and characterful cuvées.

N°35 AOP Pézenas

Vines are located in the heart of Languedoc, on clay-limestone and shale hillsides, enjoying Mediterranean climate. The Pézenas appellation is bordered to the east by Hérault river and sheltered in the north by the Black Mountain.

Les Estourettes

The vineyards are located in the heart of Provence, in the foothills of Sainte Victoire mountain. They benefit from a temperate Mediterranean climate, mild in winter and hot in summer.

Vines are located in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône terroir on clay-limestone and silty soils.

Vines are planted in the south of the Rhone Valley on predominantly gravelly soils rich in pebbles.

L’émotion authentique AOP Pouilly Fumé

Vines are located on the right bank of the Loire. River and more precisely in Pouilly-sur-Loire in the Nièvre (56), on a clay-limestone soil (rich in small oysters).
