The PDO category of our selection is a celebration of exceptional French terroirs, a journey through renowned appellations and characterful cuvées.

N°35 AOP Pézenas
Vines are located in the heart of Languedoc, on clay-limestone and shale hillsides, enjoying Mediterranean climate. The Pézenas appellation is bordered to the east by Hérault river and sheltered in the north by the Black Mountain.
L’émotion Authentique AOP Saumur Champigny
Vines are located in the south of the Loire Valley, on clay-limestone plateaus with tuffeau subsoil.
Les Carrons AOP Touraine
At the crossroads of oceanic and continental influences of the Loire Valley in the Loir-et-Cher department, the vines are located on a terroir of tuffeau chalk, sand and flint clay from the Paris Basin.
AOP Corbières
Grapes are harvested east of Carcassonne, on terraced clay-limestone soils.
AOP Pic Saint Loup
The vineyard is located on clay-limestone soil in the heart of the Pic Saint Loup appellation area. At 30 km north of Montpellier, it benefits from a climate that is more subject to rainfall thon the rest of the Languedoc and is characterized by strong thermal amplitudes between day and night in summer. This microclimate brings the tljpical freshness of this terroir.
Cuvée la Peyrouse AOP Saint-Chinian
Grapes are harvested northwest of Béziers (34) on clay-limestone soils on hillsides.
