Vines are located in the Aude region close to Narbonne, planted on clay-limestone soils.

Hérisson Floréal Low Alcool
Vines are located in the south of Gard, the terroir is mostly made of clay-limestone. This wine is vinified from «Floréal», a grape variety that has resistance to fungal diseases. This helps the winegrower to make less phytosanitary treatments and therefore contributes promoting «clean» viticulture.
Hérisson Pinot Noir
Vines are located in the Aude region on clay-limestone and gravel soils. The climate is cool, influenced by the proximity of the Pyrenean mountain range.
