Grapes are harvested on the banks of the Bages pond in the Aude department on clay-limestone soils with rolled pebbles. The vine is grassed between the rows and its Mediterranean climate is characterized by a strong Tramontane.
The vineyards are located in the heart of Provence, in the foothills of Sainte Victoire mountain. They benefit from a temperate Mediterranean climate, mild in winter and hot in summer.
