Cépages: Pinot noir

Originally from Burgundy, Pinot Noir is a red grape variety, which produces red, rosé, still and sparkling wines, not very productive but very qualitative.

When young, Pinot Noir red wine develops notes of red fruits, progressing towards spicy and empyreumatic notes. When it ages, it develops notes of candied fruit, kirsch and jam.

It is renowned for adapting to other terroirs beyond French borders.
This grape variety is one of the most widely planted varieties in the world.
